Feel like trying you luck catching the Arctic Char through a hole in the ice - in a small group?
We equip ourselves with an ice drill and ice fishing gear and head out on a frozen lake surrounded by wild and untouched nature. We drill a hole in the ice and wait patiently for the fish to bite, while gazing into the hole, removing ice and letting our thoughts wonder. Dress warmly so you have the best possible chance to spend a long time on the ice. Even if the fish are not biting, this is sure to be a fascinating experience. We serve hot drinks and snacks during your visit, and on most occasions we bring firewood with us.
This is a great choice for those who want to explore more and experience wild nature, culture and North Norwegian elements at their best on a frozen lake in the middle of almost nowhere. Be prepared for some hiking from the car to the lake, usually not more than a kilometer.
Our guides are skilled photographers. Bring your camera, and we will give you some quick tips. We do bring one as well, and will share the photos with you after the trip.
To be able to pay our guides a reasonable salary, we require a minimum of two full paying adults on these trips. Shoot us a note if you are alone, and well make you a special deal.
